The Flanders play covers of classic Rock & Roll and R&B songs, but with sometimes radically different styles than the originals.

They started off as a very busy band when they initially formed in 2001, playing around several bars and clubs in Ecuador (South America) where they are originally from.

After an intense period of live performances that focused mainly on re-creating some classic Rock and Roll, Soul and Contemporary tunes, the band entered a period of semi-retirement for a few years in order to persue other personal and musical interests.

They got together in 2009 to make a very quick album that would show the ferocious energy the band exudes when performing in front of a live audience. They are now up and running with their first release ever: "Rough around the edges" which might be just the beginning of a very prolific and fruitful carreer
